We offer FREE standard UK shipping on all orders of £40 or more. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Late Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lumora Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@lumorabotanicals.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Lumora Botanicals cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@lumorabotanicals.com before your order is dispatched.

7. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumorabotanicals.com
3. Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
