Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the product if damaged or defective

REFUND CONDITIONS
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Opened products are eligible for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the results
- We do not accept returns on products that are more than 50% used
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
