Our products are premium natural botanical body care products. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Results may vary from person to person. Our products are not medicines and do not replace professional medical advice. Always perform a patch test before first use.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICING
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable VAT. Lumora Botanicals reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS
Your order is confirmed once:
- Your payment has been successfully processed
- You have received an order confirmation email
Lumora Botanicals reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept:

ARTICLE 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days
- Standard UK Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £40
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.99
Lumora Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us at support@lumorabotanicals.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the product in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
ARTICLE 8 — 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Lumora Botanicals shall not be held liable for:
- Allergic reactions resulting from improper use or failure to perform a patch test
- Variable results depending on individual skin types and conditions
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
